Refund policy
Standard Goods
(non-personalized products)
For standard goods, meaning products that are not custom-made or personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Sections 11 et seq. FAGG (Austria), or Sections 355 et seq. BGB (Germany).
- Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.
- Exercising the right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform me by email at shop@werjant.com within the withdrawal period that you wish to withdraw from the contract. No reason is required.
- Returns: Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

A refund can only be issued once the returned goods have been received.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- Full withdrawal: I will refund the purchase price of the returned products as well as the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us. If you selected a more expensive shipping option at the time of purchase, such as express shipping, this will not be refunded.
- Partial withdrawal: If you return only individual items, I will refund only the purchase price of the products for which you have withdrawn from the contract. Delivery costs will not be refunded in this case.
- Payment method: The refund will always be made using the original payment method you used.
- Timing: The refund will be issued within 14 days after I have received the returned goods.
- Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Condition of the goods: The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
Print-on-Demand Products
(custom-made products)
Print-on-demand products are made individually after you place your order. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Section 18 para. 1 item 3 FAGG / Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. Returns or refunds are therefore generally not possible.
Exception: defective delivery
If a print-on-demand item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, the statutory warranty rights apply.
In this case, I will offer you:
- a replacement delivery or
- store credit in the amount of the purchase price.
A cash refund of the purchase price is excluded for print-on-demand products.
Damages, Issues, and Transport Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact me within 14 days at shop@werjant.com if:
- the goods arrived damaged,
- there is a production defect, or
- the wrong item was delivered.
This allows me to document the issue and quickly arrange a replacement or store credit.
