Shipping policy

Shipping Area

I ship exclusively within the European Union. This means that you will not incur any customs duties or import fees. All prices in the shop are final prices and include statutory VAT.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • For standard shipping, flat rates or tiered rates based on weight/order value apply.
  • Express shipping or special options, if available, are possible for an additional fee.

Shipping of Originals and Handmade Products

Original works, such as paintings and handmade products, are shipped directly by me from my studio in Vienna:

  • Processing time: usually 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping time within the EU: usually 3–7 business days.
  • Each original is carefully packaged to avoid transport damage.
  • You have the option to pick up your order directly from my shop. Please select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. Once I have processed your order, I will contact you by email or phone to coordinate your pickup.

Shipping of Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are produced individually after you place your order. I work with partners such as Printful, Printify, Gelato, MarketPrint, and Print.com, who operate production facilities in several EU countries.

  • Production time: on average 2–7 business days, depending on the product, material, and workload.
  • Shipping time within the EU: usually 2–8 business days.
  • Total delivery time, production + shipping: approx. 4–13 business days.

Please note: During periods of high demand, holidays, or supply shortages, delays may occur.

Partial Deliveries

Since products may be produced and shipped by different partners, you may receive your order in several partial deliveries. This will not result in any additional shipping costs for you.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your delivery at any time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

  • If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to me, I will contact you to clarify the situation. Reshipping will then be at your expense.
  • If the address was correct and the parcel still could not be delivered, I will contact the shipping provider and investigate the case.

Delivery Delays

The delivery times stated are estimates and are not binding. Delays caused by force majeure, such as strikes, natural events, supply shortages, or pandemics, cannot be ruled out.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping confirmation, please contact me at shop@werjant.com so that we can investigate the case.
